Conflict Minerals Policy Statement
Digiode's Commitment to Responsible Sourcing Practices
Digiode is committed to responsible sourcing practices and takes measures to ensure that the products we
distribute do not contain conflict minerals that finance armed groups in conflict-affected or high-risk
areas.
We expect our suppliers to share this commitment and have systems in place to identify and trace
the origin of conflict minerals in their supply chains. Our suppliers must comply with our Conflict
Minerals Policy and provide us with necessary information to perform our due diligence.
We will conduct reasonable due diligence to identify the sources of tin, tantalum, tungsten, and
gold used in the products we distribute. We will communicate our expectations to our suppliers, provide
training, and collaborate with them to address any issues related to conflict minerals.
If we identify any suppliers who do not comply with our Conflict Minerals Policy, we will work
with them to improve their processes and mitigate risks. If necessary, we may terminate our business
relationship with suppliers who do not meet our expectations.
Our Conflict Minerals Policy will be communicated internally and externally.
Digiode is committed to upholding ethical standards and to promoting responsible sourcing
practices throughout our supply chain.
